With a surface area of 150 m², the villa captivates with its modern architecture and its refined décor, combining clean lines and discreet luxury. The large bay windows let in natural light and open the living spaces onto a lush green exterior.
The villa comprises five spacious bedrooms : four of them are equipped with a 160 cm double bed and one with a sofa bed. It also offers three bathrooms and two toilets, providing comfort and privacy for everyone. The convivial living room and the large dining room invite moments of sharing, while the fully equipped kitchen meets all your needs.
Outdoor spaces designed for enjoyment
Outside, the terrace of 70 m² becomes a true living space: with its garden furniture and gas barbecue, it is ideal for outdoor meals. The 1,000 m² grounds, fully landscaped, offer a peaceful and green setting, perfect for relaxation. A pétanque court completes this space, for moments that are both simple and convivial.
A private parking area accommodating up to three vehicles is at your disposal, as well as a Green'Up outlet for charging electric vehicles.
