Designed as a holiday home in Cap Ferret, Villa Le Pin Perdu offers 190 m² of light-filled spaces. Within its walls, elegance comes naturally. The materials, furniture, and lines dialogue with the environment, in a spirit that is both contemporary and relaxed, true to the soul of the Arcachon Bay.
The living areas have been imagined for coming together and sharing. Enjoy a living room that is comfortable and welcoming, a kitchen that is modern, and a generous dining room. On the bedroom side, the villa offers four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing everyone with privacy and independence, as well as three toilets. One of them is air-conditioned while the others are equipped with air coolers.

Finally, a private parking area is at your disposal, as well as a Green'Up outlet for charging electric vehicles. For wave enthusiasts, two surfboards and two paddleboards are provided.
